Ruth is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in the management of musculoskeletal injuries, persistent pain disorders and chronic sports injuries. She is an advocate of self management and specific exercise prescription to address underlying deficiencies, prevent injury and optimise function.

Ruth has provided physiotherapy for NSW Rhythmic Gymnastics, the International Triathlon Union Long Distance Triathlon World Championships, the Perth Glory Football Club Junior Summer Development Programme, and Australia’s top professional Triathletes.
